Refund Policy & Service Agreement

This Refund Policy applies to all services, programs, consultations, coaching, mentorships, trainings, and healing sessions offered by Indira Muneshwar & Dr. Swapna Marathee.

Due to the customized, time-sensitive, intellectual, and energetically committed nature of these services, all payments made are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to, Tarot Readings, Angel Readings, Reiki, Energy Healing, Past Life Regression, Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, Trauma Healing, Intergenerational Healing, Family Constellation, Akashic Records, Spiritual Healing Sessions, 1:1 Consultations, Coaching Services, Mentorship Programs, Certification Courses, Group Programs, and High-Ticket Containers.

No refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or payment reversals will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction, perceived inaccuracies, unmet expectations, emotional response, scheduling conflicts, missed appointments, partial participation, financial changes, or results not meeting personal expectations.

All services are provided for spiritual, educational, and coaching purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. No guarantees, warranties, or representations of specific outcomes are made. Individual results vary and depend on personal effort, participation, and external factors beyond our control.

In the case of payment plans, the client remains legally responsible for completing all agreed installments. Failure to complete payments does not void this agreement and may result in suspension of access while financial obligations remain enforceable.

Rescheduling requests may be considered only if submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time and are subject to availability. Failure to provide notice will result in forfeiture of the session without refund or credit.

By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and legally agreed to this Refund Policy & Service Agreement in full.
